Outline planning permission has recently been gained by the practice for 49 dwellings on land at a large Industrial site in Ripley, Derbyshire. This resulted in a significant increase in housing provision for the borough of Amber Valley, proving that despite the proposal being contrary to local plan policy, a favourable outcome could be achieved that was to the benefit of the locality, the authority and most importantly, the client.
