Residential Development for Persimmon at Aylestone Road Leicester


A planning application has recently been submitted for 183 apartments in Leicester City Centre, on behalf of Persimmon Homes. The proposal also sees the enhancement and extension of existing sports facilities on the site including a cricket pitch where W.G.Grace once regularly played. The scheme continues to push the practice's green agenda with the incorporation of solar panels which ensure that 12% of the annual energy used by the apartments is from renewable resources.
