Coppice Park Residential Development

This project for Miller Homes involved the part demolition, conversion and extension of the former Tudor Court Hotel at Draycott, Derby. A courtyard of new terraced houses was built behind a 3 storey apartment block created within the structural shell of the old hotel. The old building was then given a new roof and external walls to match the new buildings.
