The strategic relocation of the Deb Chemical company to their new purpose built offices "out of town" required the redevelopment and re-use of their existing premises. This scheme was granted planning permission contrary to local plan in order to provide up to 75 dwellings in a town centre location. Due to extensive pre-application discussions with the local authority and a detailed public consultation, the planning determination period lasted less than the standard 13 week timeframe.
