A picturesque city location of 160 one, two and three bedroom apartments which overlook an existing cricket pitch. The layout of the apartments maximizes the views with some units having balconies facing onto the cricket pitch. A simple palette of materials was used for the external facades to blend in with the surrounding greenery and open space.
