These two housing developments, located in quaint Leicestershire villages, are infill sites of twenty four units each, which demanded bespoke architectural language in order to blend in to the existing village vernacular. Each scheme was derived around courtyards with high quality landscaping in order to give the completed scheme a "Village Maturity'.
