New design and technology building for Foremarke Hall school. The second phase of the Quad development brought forward a scheme to replace the old D & T block, a former wartime Naafi building, with a contemporary replacement. The resulting scheme is deliberately a stark contrast to the traditional construction of the Quad, the elevational treatment is directly proportional to the rhythm of the elevations of the original arches contained within the historic quadrangle. The use of extended eaves and brise soleil add shadow and depth to the elevations.
