PROJECT OVERVIEW
Proposed new residential development comprising 42 apartments with associated parking and landscaping. The former La Gondola hotel and restaurant located 1.5km south of Derby City Centre will be demolished.
The proposed apartments comprise two blocks; Block A has 24 2 bedroom apartments and 3 1 bedroom apartments. Block B has 14 2 bedroom apartments and one, 1 bedroom apartment.
The key design concept is for a modern villa that interprets the architectural language of the area in a contemporary manner. The facade is ordered and symmetrical.
