DOVE WAY INDUSTRIAL PARK

An industrial park on a 2.427 Ha site to the east of Dove Way, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire comprising 5 detached commercial buildings, which vary in size and design from 756sqm GIA to 7313 sqm GIA.

The architectural language is a simple portal framed structure, with deep overhanging eaves, providing a shadow line, and a mixture of horizontal and vertical cladding in various shades of grey to provide activity to the elevations. Windows and door are accentuated with boxed frames creating deep reveals giving depth of shadow to these elements.

The development of this site will form a natural extension of the town, and provide much needed employment land, to the benefit and rejuvenation of Uttoxeter, its rural hinterland and the sub-region as a whole.
