Phase 2 of the development of Repton School's Sports Facilities included creating a cafe, briefing room, conference room, public gym extension, hospitality suite for 250 covers, complete refurbishment of the catering facilities, upgrade of exterior sports pitches, new main staircase, car park, balcony, entrance and reception area.

The old and the new now sit together in form and architectural style. A flat roof was designed to tie three pitched roofs together and a new linking corridor connects the existing Sports Halls. The interior of the building/s are functional and modern with a focus on simplicity in form and design.

The buildings have exposed duct works and concrete planks, bold and abstract shapes, coupled with exposed painted brickwork in greys, black and neutral palettes to give a sporty dynamic feel to the facilities. Whilst being practical and functional for the high volume of sports participants the facilities serve.

Externally a new entrance has been created to represent a modern, sporty looking building. The external of the building is of asymmetrical composition with a flat roof, geometric form with a stunning cantilever at one end.
