This site is immediate to the new Beeston transport Interchange of the extended Nottingham City Centre Tramway. A mixture of high street retail with ten units at ground level and forty mixed size and tenure apartments above along with fifty houses, this former industrial site presented complicated issues of relationships between commercial and residential development.
