Two individual dwellings built in the grounds of the adjacent farm. Plot 1 is set north of the existing farmhouse. The main body of the house is two storey with Staffordshire Blue Gemini roof tiles.

White render and natural course slate cladding adorn the front of the dwelling with grey aluminium widows with stained timber front and garage doors.

Plot 2 has a significantly different footprint however, the architectural materials and language are akin to Plot 1.

The houses are of contemporary design whilst complimenting the existing vernacular.
