A proposed development in a popular residential area on Kedleston Road, one mile from Derby City Centre. The proposed scheme comprises a new four storey brick building encompassing 14 two bedroom apartments ranging in size from 69 – 74 square metres. Two of the units on the third floor have a larger floor area and have been designed as a penthouse style, with each having a large south facing external terrace.

The design philosophy of the external façade is for them to appear as a rich dynamic composition of windows and balconies set within a uniform grid.The appearance of a lightweight structure has been a key driver and has led to the use of full height glazing panels. Deep reveal depths further express the façade.
