Commercial change of use from office and industrial premises to motor home and caravan sales facility with associated offices and workshops.

The site runs along the banks of the River Rother and forms part of the Chesterfield Waterside Masterplan. THe buildigns were oringally constructed as the Chesterfield Telephone Engineering Centre and comprise three large linked buildings that were in a poor state of repair.

The practice prepared a scheme for change of use from sui generis to the display and sale of caravans and motorhomes with associated offices and staff facilities. Planning permission was granted for alterations including repairs to the existing buildings, change of use and the creation of a new entrance, frontage and signage.
