Proposed design subject to planning permission for a new build dwelling in the village of Pentrich, Derbyshire. A split-level property to be constructed using local, coursed rubble, natural stone complimented with natural slate roofing, dark metal rainwater goods and aluminium windows.

​A feature gable with steep pitch is the key feature of the more traditional front elevation, that adds a modern component. The rear of the property is contemporary with swathes of glazing to maximise the panoramic views across open countryside. Internally the property has a basement gymnasium, large open plan kitchen/living/dining area, walk in pantry, study, utility, snug, a single storey sun room with sedum roof and four ensuite bedrooms with storage and dressing areas.
