PROJECT OVERVIEW

 Demolition of agricultural buildings that are surrounded by open countryside, replaced by four new dwellings in a courtyard style.

The site originally had planning permission for a Class Q conversion scheme. A simple scheme of one four bedroomed dwelling and three two bedroomed dwellings. Our client approached the practice with a brief of assessing the potential of the site, to maximise its potential and the development of a more attractive, high quality development. 

The scheme currently being built has been designed to be a contemporary interpretation of a farm courtyard. The units are high quality, modern and sustainable. The dwellings are orientated towards the stunning views, they have glazed gables, elements of brise soleil, balconies and concealed garages.
