Planning permission granted for contemporary home in conservation area.

February 27, 2019

The practice has been working on a proposal for a contemporary new 3 bed dwelling located in the village of Wymeswold, Leicestershire.

The design is a sensitive intervention located within a conservation area and compliments the historic area and brings synergy between new and old, whilst creating an attractive and high quality new home. It is hoped that the dwelling will utilise modern methods of construction and have enhanced eco credentials such as ground source heat pumps, solar panels with battery storage and rainwater harvesting.

We are delighted that the new home was granted planning permission today.
