Build It Awards 2023 Best Architect for an Extension Project Award – Finalist!

Matthew Montague Architects are thrilled to announce that we have been selected as finalists for the prestigious 2023 National Build It Awards in the Best Architect for an Extension Project category for the renovation and extension of Quarndon Hall.


Quarndon Hall is a large detached Edwardian country house built circa 1847 set within 2.35 hectares of expertly landscaped gardens. The accommodation is generously proportioned, comprising 8800 sq ft over three floors, it was extended and back to brick renovated.


The 12th annual Build It Awards celebrates every aspect of self build and renovation. We are thrilled to be shortlisted.
