Limes Avenue Commercial Development Welcomes First Tenants.

Work commenced on the re-development of the Limes Avenue site in Mickleover, Derby during March 2020. The former petrol station and 0.12 hectare site is now nearing completion and the first tenants are open for business.

The corner plot just two miles from Derby City Centre comprises 8 new, contemporary units, that have large glass frontages and black metal fascia’s, bringing much needed rejuvenation to the area which was previously in a poor state of repair and was a target for vandals.

Bespoke Inns are working on site on the internal fit out of their new bar and restaurant; Binary and Exertion Fitness is complete and open.

Matthew Montague architects completed the design and planning for the original development and have sub sequentially worked with both tenants to secure planning changes necessary for the requirements of the new businesses and designed spatial layouts.

One unit remains available, Salloway Property Consultants are in discussions with interested parties.

Paul Myers, Architect said “we are delighted to have completed the development. It gives the village a focal point and the contemporary design is perfect for the restaurant and gym.”
