Residential Development; Elms Farm Shortlisted for Residential Property of the Year 2023!

The shortlist for the Constructing Excellence East Midlands 2023 Awards has been announced and we are delighted that Elms Farm, Newton Harcourt, Leicestershire has been shortlisted for Residential Property of the Year.

The development at Elms Farm involves the demolition of the original agricultural barns and construction of four new contemporary barn style homes with stunning views across beautiful countryside.
